We posted earlier this summer about the "Coconut Oil Craze", but we thought we would share what the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics (AND) has to say about coconut oil. Here is a quote from their article, "The bottom line? Skip food products that contain partially hydrogenated coconut oil. Choose virgin coconut oil and use it in moderation.
